If these things all work, your lucky you happen to have the best hardware for OS X. If you're running it on a laptop In the end I want an alternative for Windows, with it's stupid concepts.

But I've learned enough about OS X to have made my choice for a new laptop: the genuine stuff is definately me next choice. However, after updating the kernel using the Kalyway Just out of curiosity, I switched over to the modbin kernel and lo and behold, my shutdown works again!

Anyway, just to see if it was some fluke of nature, I then went back to the vanilla and yes, shutdown won't work again so now I'm using the modbin kernel. W1zzard Twas a clean install of the drivers each time on the system shown in my specs, Windows fully up to date.

I enabled MSI mode after I saw it wasn't enabled. Device manager for sure shown 16 for IRQ of the card after the install. Info on tool and reg keys it changes. With the latest driver the key doesn't get added in the first place, so NVCleanstall can never set it to 1. I'll implement a different approach and send you a test build.
