Ive not had this happen before and there is no one in the office to help me this morning???? Did you manage to figure this one out? I'm in the middle of doing the payroll mock and having the same problem and the clock is ticking, I've tried changing the dates for SSP but with that set it won't let me enter any payments for this employee.

Also tried changing the employee salary to monthly amount instead of yearly but no difference. I can't see anything that is wrong with this person. If they are monthly paid and have 2 weeks sick you should still be able to do their payslip and print reports.
