They said they had to make sure everything was in the box and within the next business days I will have my money refunded.

I highly recommend that no one use this company and shame on the sponsors for being grimy pawns in this pyramid scheme. Karma will get these people. My husband and I have been on it 3 weeks. We lost about 12 pounds each and it was first two weeks. Nothing week three but we are now walking every morning. It has changed us in just three weeks. Both need to loose 50 pounds. The most important thing is how good we feel.

As for the cost it is expensive but we are saving on groceries, not to mention hubby is taking much insulin which is a big big savings. Its work but its worth it we may take longer than others but we will get there. Our coach, Beth Cook, is always there for us. So it may not work for everyone but its working for us. I have nothing good to say about these products or this company. I ordered the started kit the middle of May. I finally received a partial order in early July it is almost 2 months later and I still have not received the full order.

Very odd behavior. I tried some xyngular and broke out in hives on my neck and chest. I wonder if she even uses the product.
