Any and all disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta, except that Lavasoft may bring actions for injunctive relief in any competent court of jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the above, if You are a consumer, this Section 19, shall not affect any mandatory right You may have to take action in Your country of residence and under the laws of that country.
